CANADIANISMS: Celebrating Canada150 with a very Canadian Art Exhibition in Alberta, Canada

Momentum is a funny thing, the more you use it, the more of it you generate. Five years of momentum behind this retrospective art exhibition, born on the 1st of July, 2011. An iconic Canadian art experience, a gift to Canada, opening during Canada 150 celebrations in 2017. With two shows slated for Canada's Sesquicentennial year, reflecting on five years of paintings inspired by Canada. You are invited to join us in the celebration beginning January 6, 2017 in Sherwood Park Alberta at Strathcona County's Gallery @501. From the most rural Canadian towns to the grandest cities; cultivating a visual language that is distinctly Canadian. This art exhibit features thirty-seven paintings and seven hand painted art crates. A retrospective exhibition by Canadian contemporary realism painter, Brandy Saturley; CANADIANISMS: A Half Decade Inspired by Canada - January 6 to February 26, 2017. See you at the show Canada!
